A lot of the discussion around reducing stress and burnout focuses on addressing their root causes. While it is important to do so to reduce the drain on our energy, it’s also important to focus on “uplifts” – positive aspects of your day – which can help to make us feel better, quickly.
In this session, we explore the role of creativity – a particular type of uplift – and how it can help increase well-being and happiness. If you have a creative pursuit you enjoy (poetry, painting, playing guitar, pottery…), we invite you to share it with others during our session.
